NSCECE provides a two-year diploma in Early Childhood Education. The program can be taken on a full-time or part-time basis. The updated Program of Studies includes course descriptions for students interested in the two-year diploma program. For students who began before the academic year 2012-2013, please consult your original program of studies.
NSCECE also offers evening courses, independent study, PLAR, and upgrading from a 1-year diploma to a 2-year diploma. Please refer to the Part-time studies page.
If you have successfully completed relevant courses at other post-secondary institutions, and have a final grade of 70% or higher you may be eligible for course exemptions. Bring the transcript and course outlines from your previous college and/or university and present them to the Registrar or Executive Director for review. Appropriate forms must be completed and filed with the college Registrar. Course exemptions will not affect student tuition.
