Registration Second Year Students
We hope your summer is going well, and you are enjoying some well deserved (relaxing) time away from your studies. NSCECE anticipates the next year of your studies will prove to be stimulating and successful as you work toward graduation. Below you will find some information to help you prepare for your second year of study.

Registration
Friday, September 2nd follows orientation. Agendas and ID’s will not be released until the student fee is paid.
Classes Begin
Tuesday, September 6 as indicated on your class schedule.
Textbooks Sales
Approximately $ 500.00 for the year. Textbooks are available for purchase at NSCECE – refer to textbook list 2011-2012 for details on titles. If you are waiting for student loan money, you will need to secure interim financing to pay for books. Textbooks will not be issued without payment.
Practicum
Please note there is a practicum letter with new detailed information on the requirements needed to participate in this component of the program. The forms must be completed and returned before you begin a placement. Also, there is a practicum package that must be purchased at a cost of $20.00 to the student which will help in organizing your practicum experience.
If there is a Student Medical Record Form on file for you at the College, you do not need to complete another one. If your health has changed, please re-do the medical form.
Tuition Payments
If you are paying by student loan, please bring your student file letter with you. If you are paying through Skills Development, please bring your signed contract with you.
Please bring with you
- completed medical form(only if your health has changed)
- criminal record check (CRC)
- child abuse registry check
- SIN number
- money for student fee and textbooks
- a smiling face!
